Is It Worth It To Hire An Attorney For Traffic Court If I Feel Like I Have A Pretty Good Case?

I got a “too fast for conditions” speeding ticket but I was actually driving 15 under the posted limit… there’s no way to prove my actual speed… but I think the ticket is bogus. Should I hire someone to represent me?

Just take the $150 hit, go to 8 hour traffic school and be done with it
Dont waste your time hiring an attourney, going to court, dresing up and driving all the way down there, lose the case and end up much worse than where you were.
Better be safe than sorry
If you can prove that you where driving 15 under the speed limit you can explain it to the court. but if the police is involved you will need a lawyer locally. It might work depending on the Jude.
that is you right.
Most attorneys would charge a lot more than you’ll end up paying for the ticket.
Don’t wast your time or money, pay the fine..this is just another form of taxation and the courts know is and support that…if it’s a minor ticket you will NOT win no matter how right you are…
