Car Accident No obvious physical injuries. Should I speak to Accident Attorney?

I was in 3car accident 3 weeks ago.
Some guy rear ended me and I got pushed and hit the car infront of me. I just received the phone call from my insurance company that the person who rear ended me was to blame on 100% fault of accident(of course….)

Now I am experiencing back pain and pain around rib.
Have been to ER twice took X-ray but Dr. Diagnosis as Back lumber and strain.

Is there anything I can do???
My friend suggested that I should sue or at least ask for settlement but I do not have proof of Obvious Propecia pill whithout prescription physical injuries!
(X-ray seems fine according to DR.)

Any advise is appreciated.
