a few weeks ago i had a car accident it was not my fault my hand started to swell and when i went to the dr. in result i had a fracture wrist the other person insurance sd that they will cover everything including any future damages and any consequences, but know it seems that there is a possibility that i will have to have surgery and i do not know how long i can be with out work i work in computers all day. i do not want to lose my job. because of this. do i have to get a lawyer for this. it is my first time.
