Do you need a lawyer for an arraignment for a DUI charge?

I don’t know if I’ll have one by Friday, which is when I first go to court since my purchase antibiotics online DUI.

What should I plead? Guilty, not guilty, or no contest?
This isn’t a felony. It’s the first DUI.
