I got a DWI in South Carolina USA in March of 2008. My attorney has managed to get the arresting online prescription office to change it to a DUAC/DWULC and dismiss the DWI charge and enlist me in a PTI(Pre Trial Intervention) program. I am curious as to if I will have the 00 bail money refunded or not. I thought I would look online before bothering my attorney agian. He has been very helpful throuout this entire ordeal, but I do not wish to waste his time. – Regards, Lee
