rainingonme asked:

She has 4 other charges. SPEEDING, OPEN CONT AFTR CONS ALC SUBOFN, RECKLESS DRIVING- WILLFL/WANTON DISREGARD, CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON- OTHER. She was at my house earlier and I told her the small bat was illegal to carry in her car. But this is her 2nd time in 17 months of being charged with a dwi. I know she is wrong and I do not find fault in any officer or court by finding her guilty, but she has two children and needs to get help for her addictions. this is not the person she started out as she was a loving ,helping ,giving young adult whom was uneducated because of ADD and overseas online pharmacy her mother was not wanting it known she had a problem aso she did not get andy help. I know she has to face her crimes she has commited, but is there any way I can get her counceling to go with the punishment. It does no good to put some one in jail and not rehabilitate them. No one is going to court with her. I told her last night I’m terrified, but I would go with her. I do not know what to expect
My sister is not all there she is in hidding and has a husband whom is my nieces father that is dying from a a series of diseases he contracted from his work place. I have talked and tried to get her to see this and she shuts down. She has helped but not in the correct way and now my brother n law is getting worse. the children will be with my sister whi does not wnat them and is only commitin to the children because of what people think ( her words not mine). I’m on a fixed income and I’m willing to take the children and love them, and show them a decent way of life. I do not believe people should run from their problems. I do not care what others think because you can not control others thinking process. The only one you can contol is yourself. I’m concern about the children and my niece and I know they through people in jail all the time and it hurts them and instead of helping them. I want to help her and I want to help her children they are innocent they did not ask for this.
