DWI question what to say to possible new employer if i wasnt convicted?

I was arrested in december 2007 for dwi but my lawyer took the case to the 6 month limit and the judge threw it out so i wasnt order prescription drugs online found guilty an it didnt go on my record so my question is do i have to say anything about it to a possible employer or should i not say nothing about it or what should i say if the employer asks me about my driving or arrest record?
