i went to jail for a DWI i was purchase prescription drugs in jail for two days but i beat the case. To make a long story short i wrecked into a rail at night due to the negligence of the city not moving debris off the road from what i believe was from a previous wreck( i have pictures of the debris). can i also sue for the repairs on my car
