I got arrested for a DWI but was never charged for it… I don’t know why, it’s been almost 1.5 years now… the attorney called the courthouse, even others in the area but no case exists… it’s like it soma online without prescription never even happened… but all this time I’ve had a paper license… I think it’s time I got my real license… the interesting thing is my insurance didn’t go up, I can still buy a finishing license online with my drivers license number (and it checks if the d-license# is valid… and it is) my attorney isn’t sure either what to do, he says he’s never seen a case like this… the circumstances that I got stopped at were quite shady and there is a possibility they just never charged me cause they knew they weren’t gonna win it (the police officer was quite… clueless)… but then again we are not sure of that… all that I know is I got pulled over for a DWI, and then the case disappeared and my driver license # is still valid after 1.5 years… what do I do? We don’t wanna dig through courts and police departments (btw there is no police record either it seems) cause there might be some chance they will dig it up somehow… is it worth just going to the DMV and telling them I lost my license? or is that illegal? what do I do? I don’t know, my attorney doesn’t know either…
btw I really think I got arrested illegally… I drove, realized I was in no condition to drive, parked my car and walked back… after I walked for a good 20 yards, an officer pulled over and gave me a PBT… I don’t think she could have done that… they didn’t even tow my car, I wasn’t even driving it…
